• Дзьосекі словника Kogo (з люб’язного дозволу Gary Odom) і книги «Повна колекція ШІ дзьосекі»: близько 98 700 позицій з коментарями й оцінками.
• Усі шляхи до позиції: позиції, до яких ведуть різні порядки ходів, об’єднано; червоні літери a, b, c… на дошці ведуть назад кожним шляхом.
• Статистика партій: як часто грали кожен хід у 255 000 партіях, окремо люди й боти, скільки виграли чорні, партії з різницею пів очка.

Партії

• База партій сайту виросла з 30 000 до 255 000 партій: близько 170 000 партій професіоналів і сильних аматорів та 85 000 партій ботів KataGo, з 1561 по 2026 рік, з назвами турнірів. Оновлено 26 жовтня: записи партій перевірено й виправлено; щотижня додаємо 500 нових партій KataGo. На сторінці Партії новий фільтр «Партії людей / Партії ботів», партії ботів позначені.
• Study Pro Games у Windows і вкладка «Партії» в BIgo Reader для Android працюють з тією ж базою — оновлювати програми не потрібно.
• Сторінки дзьосекі, дзьосекі на половині дошки і фусекі знову показують партії позиції та всіх її продовжень, спершу нові.
• Фільтри партій у цих деревах: партії людей або ботів, гравець, турнір, роки, порядок (спершу нові чи старі) і кнопка «Ще» для наступних партій.

BIgo Joseki — beta, free

• The joseki of Kogo’s Joseki Dictionary (by kind permission of Gary Odom) and of the book “Comprehensive Collection of AI Go Joseki”: about 98,700 positions with comments and evaluations.
• Every way to a position: positions reached by different move orders are joined; red letters a, b, c… on the board lead back along each path.
• Game statistics: how often each move was played in 255,000 games, humans and bots separately, how often Black won, games decided by half a point.
• Windows: BIgo Joseki 0.9.0 — also training: “Choose the move”, “Punish the mistake”, “Don’t fall for the hamete”, “Guess the move”, “Replay a line”, “Review my mistakes”; the latest games of the position from the site.
• Android: BIgo Reader 0.5.0 — the “Joseki” tab, works offline.
• The Kogo comments are in English for now; a Ukrainian translation is in preparation.

Games

• The site’s game database has grown from 30,000 to 255,000 games: about 170,000 games of professionals and strong amateurs and 85,000 KataGo bot games, from 1561 to 2026, with tournament names. Updated on 26 October: the game records were checked and corrected; 500 new KataGo games are added every week. The Games page has a new filter “Human games / Bot games”; bot games are marked.
• Study Pro Games for Windows and the “Games” tab in BIgo Reader for Android work with the same database — there is no need to update the programs.
• The joseki, half-board joseki and fuseki pages again show the games of a position and of all its continuations, newest first.
• Game filters in these trees: human or bot games, player, tournament, years, order (newest or oldest first) and a “More” button for the next games.

Study Pro Games 2.0: 30,000 games, repeat my mistakes — on Windows and Android

• Server games: 30,000 recent professional games (2022–2026), search by player and tournament, sorting and collections — Japanese titles, international and women’s tournaments, finals, the games of Shin Jinseo, Ke Jie, Iyama Yuta, Choi Jeong, Nakamura Sumire.
• Repeat my mistakes: a move you did not find at the first try comes back after 1, 3, 7, 21, 60 and 180 days until you have learnt it. It can be turned off in the settings.
• One account with BIgo Reader; mistakes and studied games are shared between your computer and phone.
• Android: BIgo Reader 0.4.0 has the “Games” tab — browse games, “Guess the moves” as Black, White or both sides, repeat your mistakes.
• Windows: BIgo Study Games 2.0 — full study with two boards, “Guess the next move”, sequential memorization, repetition of series; handicap games are shown correctly.

Текст журналів і книг

• Фотографії стоять у тексті там, де й у виданні, з підписами — тепер «ліворуч» і «праворуч» у підписах мають сенс. У Windows клацніть фото, щоб відкрити його у великому вікні; в Android — натисніть, і воно відкриється на весь екран.
• Жирний і курсив як у друкованому виданні: імена в інтерв’ю, запитання, цитати.
• Першими їх отримають номери European Go Journal у форматі BIgo; після оновлення номера виконайте Book → Sync My Library.

Діаграми

• ▶ Автопоказ: діаграма програється сама, хід за ходом. Затримку можна змінити: у Windows — Settings → Board views and Auto play, в Android — у налаштуваннях.
• Вгадай хід (Guess) на будь-якій діаграмі з ходами: ви граєте за сторону, що починає варіант, суперник відповідає сам; після двох помилок Reader показує хід. Результати не записуються — це просто спосіб активно читати коментар.
• Windows: кнопка ⧉ під діаграмою в тексті відкриває її в окремому вікні, більшою й з тієї самої позиції.

Задачі

• Задачі з ходами-запитаннями (як у журналі); відповіді після таких ходів зараховуються правильно.
• Прогрес задач книги можна скинути: Windows — Settings → Problems, Android — екран книги.

BIgo Reader 1.4 and BIgo Reader for Android 0.3.0: photos in the text, Auto play and “Guess the move”

The text of journals and books

• Photos stand in the text where they are in the printed edition, with their captions — now “left” and “right” in the captions make sense. In Windows, click a photo to open it in a large window; in Android, tap it and it opens full screen.
• Bold and italics as in the printed edition: names in interviews, questions, quotations.
• The first to get them are the European Go Journal issues in BIgo format; after an issue is updated, run Book → Sync My Library.

Diagrams

• ▶ Auto play: the diagram plays by itself, move by move. The delay can be changed: in Windows in Settings → Board views and Auto play, in Android in the settings.
• Guess the move (Guess) on any diagram with moves: you play the side that starts the variation, and the opponent replies by itself; after two mistakes Reader shows the move. The results are not recorded — it is simply a way to read the commentary actively.
• Windows: the ⧉ button under a diagram in the text opens it in a separate window, larger and from the same position.

Problems

• Problems with question moves (as in the journal); the answers after such moves are counted correctly.
• The problem progress of a book can be reset: in Windows in Settings → Problems, in Android on the book screen.

BIgo Reader 1.3: розв’язуйте задачі прямо в книзі

Задачі

• У задачниках клацніть задачу — у PDF або в тексті книги. Відкриється вікно з позицією й підписом, чий хід. Поставте камінь: якщо хід як у книзі, суперник відповість сам, і так до кінця розв’язку.
• Неправильний хід позначається хрестиком; після 3 помилок Reader покаже відповідь книги, її можна програти хід за ходом.
• Відповіді приховані сірими плашками — у PDF і в тексті, — поки задачу не розв’язано. Підглянути можна будь-коли: клацніть плашку (тоді задача рахується як «відповідь показано»).
• Тренування (Book → Problem Training, F6): 10 задач — частина з тих, що не вийшли раніше, решта нові; у кінці — рахунок.
• Прогрес: розв’язані задачі позначені ✓, нерозв’язані — ✗; підсумок — Book → Problem Progress. Прогрес зберігається у вашому акаунті й однаковий на всіх ваших комп’ютерах.
• Налаштування — Settings → Problems: приховувати відповіді, кількість спроб, задач у тренуванні.

Перший задачник — «645 задач» (647 задач із відповідями): у каталозі та в магазині; його можна й узяти почитати в бібліотеці.

Діаграми в тексті

• У режимі Diagrams діаграми стоять так, як їх розмістили в книзі: поруч із текстом або по дві-три в ряд, а текст — під ними.
• Якщо зручніше по одній: View → Diagram layout → One under another.
• Діаграми показують ту частину дошки, що й у книзі.

Бібліотека

Book → My Loans: книги, взяті в бібліотеці, строк видачі; повернути або продовжити тепер можна прямо в Reader.

BIgo Reader 1.3: solve problems right in the book

Problems

• In problem books, click a problem — in the PDF or in the book’s text. A window opens with the position and a caption saying whose move it is. Place a stone: if the move is as in the book, the opponent replies by itself, and so on to the end of the solution.
• A wrong move is marked with a cross; after 3 mistakes Reader shows the book’s answer, which you can play through move by move.
• The answers are hidden under grey patches — in the PDF and in the text — until the problem is solved. You can peek at any time: click the patch (the problem then counts as “answer shown”).
• Training (Book → Problem Training, F6): 10 problems — some of those you missed earlier, the rest new; a score at the end.
• Progress: solved problems are marked ✓, unsolved ones ✗; the summary is in Book → Problem Progress. Progress is kept in your account and is the same on all your computers.
• Settings — Settings → Problems: hide the answers, the number of tries, problems per training.

The first problem book is “645 Problems” (647 problems with answers): in the catalog and in the store; you can also borrow it from the library.

Diagrams in the text

• In Diagrams mode, the diagrams are placed as in the book: beside the text or two or three in a row, with the text below them.
• If you prefer them one at a time: View → Diagram layout → One under another.
• The diagrams show the same part of the board as in the book.

Library

Book → My Loans: the books you borrowed from the library and their loan periods; you can now return or renew them right in Reader.
